The "Battle for the Bible" continues at Westminster Seminary.
Professor Peter Enns and his ideas of "tearing down and building
up", as Ecclesiastes 3:3 puts it, was his idea of building up fellow
pilgrims who struggle with Biblical inerrancy. He was asked to
defend his book: "Inspiration and Incarnation: Evangelicals and the
problem of the Old Testament. The administration and Professor Peter
Enns arrived at agreeable terms, and that, as of August 1, 2008
Professor Enns will discontinue his service at Westminster TS after
14 years.
